Licking County Law Library
The Licking County Law Library resides at the LCL Downtown Newark Library on the second floor. The county has provided two computers with access to the legal database LexixNexis. Additionally, the county provided furniture and its print collection.  All print materials have been cataloged and are now able to be viewed on the LCL online catalog. They have also been merged with the LCL’s current reference law books. Professional librarians of LCL have been trained in basic searching on the database, but cannot give legal advice. Public can contact the LCL Reference Desk at 740.349.5520 for additional information.

A collection of the most commonly used legal documents that are easily accessible and customizable including: landlord and tenant; contracts; business; power of attorney; wills and more.

Licking County Municipal Court
The Licking County Municipal Court offers Licking County eviction forms including Notice to Leave Premises and Forcible Entry and Detainer. All forms are available for download and printing.

Ohio Legal Help
Ohio Legal Help removes barriers to the law so that all Ohioans can understand their legal options, make informed decisions and connect to legal and community resources. Advanced Directive
The National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization offers an advanced directive for health care. This packet includes a durable power of attorney for health care, living will declaration, and an organ donation form for Ohio residents and for those of many other states. All forms are available for download and printing.

Southeastern Ohio Legal Services
SEOLS, also known as Legal Aid, offers free legal assistance and many court forms to those who cannot afford an attorney for family law issues, health and public benefits issues, housing issues and more. All forms are available for download and printing.

Supreme Court of Ohio Divorce and Dissolution Pleadings
The Supreme Court of the State of Ohio offers many domestic relations and juvenile standardized forms, including divorce and dissolution. All forms are available for download and printing.
