The Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program uses IRS-certified volunteers to prepare and e-file federal, state and school district tax returns for income-eligible citizens, at no cost to them. Most taxpayers with an Adjusted Gross Income (AGI) of $53,000 or less are eligible.

You are invited to participate in our Annual Poetry Contest. We love to recognize our local youth and young adult poets! Submissions will be accepted at LCL locations. Age categories are K-5, 6-8 and 9-12. Please see below for submission guidelines. Winners will be celebrated at our awards ceremony on April 19 at 6:30pm. Deadline for submission is March 22.
