This service is intended for questions with brief, factual answers. For answers to more complex questions or research assistance, please visit the Reference Department in person, or call 740.349.5520 during library hours. Customers from outside our service area asking questions not specific to the Newark/Licking County, Ohio area will be referred to their local libraries.
Research by e-mail is FREE, but we do ask that patrons pay for any photocopies made on their behalf as well as postage. Currently, copies are $.10 per page. Out-of-state residents will be charged an additional $5.00 per search if the search involves mailing copies.
